Your $200 deposit includes access to two private, 45-60 minute evaluation sessions to determine whether this retreat is the right fit for your medical and mental health needs. These sessions are required prior to registration and are non-refundable.

You’ll meet with:

GeorgAnna Wiley, APRN, MSN, CNM, WHNP, BSN, BA, CPM, FMACP
A licensed medical provider who will assess your physical readiness for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), review your medical history and medications, and order any necessary labs (additional fees may apply for labs).

Courtney Terrell, LMHC, LPC
A licensed therapist who will explore your mental health history, past diagnoses and treatment experiences, and offer initial coaching to help clarify your goals and readiness for ketamine assisted therapy.

If you are approved and choose to register, this deposit will be applied to the total cost of the ketamine sound bath evening. Registration is not an obligation; however, this deposit is non-refundable even if you decide not to attend or are found not to be a candidate. This is because you will have already received the medical and mental health services outlined above as part of the screening process.

We’re so honored to invite you into this sacred experience. Based on your questionnaire responses, you appear to be a strong fit for this powerful healing journey.

After submitting your deposit, you’ll be directed to a link to schedule your intake session with Courtney Terrell, LMHC, LPC.

Your deposit secures the next step: a one-on-one mental health evaluation and goal-setting session with Courtney, followed by a comprehensive medical consultation with GeorgAnna Wiley, NP (please note that some lab fees may apply).

While your initial responses suggest you’re a highly likely candidate for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, additional screening may determine that the retreat setting is not the best fit for your current medical or mental health needs. If that’s the case, we’ll provide guidance and recommendations for alternative next steps.

The $200 deposit covers both of these professional services and is applied toward your full retreat balance if you attend. However, because these sessions are valued at $375 and will be provided regardless of final eligibility, the deposit is non-refundable even if you choose not to attend or are found ineligible. Your safety and readiness are our top priorities.
