Release and Restoration

Join us for a sacred evening designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a supported, intentional space. This guided Ketamine Healing Ceremony blends the therapeutic effects of ketamine with community connection, gentle ritual, and immersive sound healing to support emotional release and nervous system restoration.

Ketamine is a legal, safe, and fast-acting medicine used in mental health care to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic stress. In this setting, it’s used as a short-term, focused form of psychotherapy. With skilled mental health and medical providers guiding the process, ketamine can open a window of neuroplasticity and allow you to access insights and healing that may be hard to reach through talk therapy alone.

This is not a recreational experience — it’s a carefully held space for therapeutic work. Many people find emotional breakthroughs, relief from mental noise, or a renewed sense of clarity and inner peace.

Whether you're feeling stuck, curious, or simply ready to explore something deeper, this one-night experience invites you to pause, reset, and receive the support your system has been asking for.

Let this be a space to breathe, feel, and begin again—together.

Sound in Healing

Sound is medicine—especially when your body is in a vulnerable, open state of transformation. During this ceremony, you’ll be immersed in a live sound bath designed to support your ketamine journey from start to finish. Using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments, the sound bath helps guide your nervous system into deep rest and encourages emotional release without words.

The vibrations of live sound can quiet the mind, soothe the body, and help integrate the inner experience that unfolds during ketamine-assisted therapy. Many participants describe the sound as a bridge—helping them drop in more fully, stay grounded through the emotional waves, and come back into the body with more softness and clarity.

You don’t need any prior experience. Just lay back, breathe, and let the waves of sound carry you into a space of restoration and return.

How the group ceremony works

This group Ketamine-Assisted Therapy session includes a $200 non-refundable deposit, which covers a comprehensive medical assessment and a mental health intake focused on your goals for healing. We take great care in screening participants and only invite those who are strong candidates for ketamine therapy. However, the deposit is not refundable if you are not approved for participation or decide not to attend the group dosing session. The in-person ceremony is limited to 12 participants and includes a follow-up virtual integration session to support your ongoing processing. To participate, you must have an established relationship with a therapist or access to ongoing therapy, which is required to receive a prescription for continued KAP work. A limited number of follow-up therapy spots with Courtney may be available on a case-by-case basis.
